Warranty Information

Ackley Cabinet LLC warrants its Forefront® Cabinet Recrafting products against manufacturing defects in material and craftsmanship to the original purchaser. This warranty is for products used for residential purposes only, and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

The limited lifetime warranty period for the original purchaser begins upon final completion of the work and is valid only when all outstanding invoices for services rendered are “paid in full", and as long as the product is used for its intended purpose under normal conditions. This includes the construction of medium density refined fiberboard (MDRF) and solid wood components, wood veneer, and plywoods bonded to the original cabinet framework.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, unreasonable use, exposure to extreme temperatures such as cabinets in contact with or near ovens when self-cleaning cycle is used, severe high/low humidity, water damage/accumulation under sink & dishwasher areas, damage such as exposure to water with high temperature steam and wet mopping, chips in painted finishes near knobs or pulls typically resulting from contact with fingernails and jewelry, intentional damage or abuse, modifications not performed by Ackley Cabinet LLC, or changes in the original cabinet structure, fire, smoke, natural disasters, or exposure to harsh chemicals and improper cleaning products.

Ackley Cabinet LLC stands by all materials used to the extent warranted by the manufacturer and stands ready to make necessary repairs and replacements as stipulated or permitted by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to those individual warranty policies for further information.
